Questionnaire - additional and complementary training topics - OB

Dear colleague, you are kindly invited to fill-in the questionnaire in order to support the preparation of training for the benefit of experts from the EESP SOP Operation Beneficiaries.

Introduction

The objective of this questionnaire is to better understand your training needs. 

Additional and complementary trainings on demand will be prepared, to provide flexibility and high adaptation to OBs’ needs. Additional training topics will be designed and delivered, following the Beneficiary’s requests in accordance with priority imposed by the actions aiming the preparation for IPA III Programme.

The information kindly provided by You will help to identify - with your kind support - the topics for additional and complementary topics of training that need to be prepared and delivered to support the development of the capacity of your team members in your institution in the quality of Operation Beneficiary.

The questionnaire should be answered individually by each member of the OCU

You will need 15 minutes to complete this questionnaire.

Your answers will be treated with confidentially. The result of the assessment will be aggregated and analysed in a report that will be used to design the training plan and the training curricula for additional and complementary trainings the OBs.
